Refund Eligibility

CiPCM offers refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of program start date
  • No refunds will be issued after attending more than 2 sessions
  • Refunds are not available for completed programs or issued certificates
  • Processing fees may apply to refund requests

Refund Process

  1. Submit a written refund request to info@cpcm.com
  2. Include your enrollment details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Partial Refunds

In cases where partial refunds are applicable, the amount will be calculated based on the number of sessions attended and materials provided. Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Processing and administrative fees
  • Course materials that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Certificates that have been issued
  • Registration fees for events or workshops

Cancellation by CiPCM

If CiPCM cancels a program, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or the option to transfer to another program at no additional cost.

Transfer Policy

Students may request to transfer to a different program or cohort. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the program start date. A transfer fee may apply.
